Each one of is born with some special skills and abilities, and it is through the time we come to know about them. My childhood would have been an ordinary one but thanks to my parents and other family members to make it interesting. The time spent at my home was the most happiest moments of my life. Many things happened when I was a child. And as I grew up I came to realize many things.
My hometown is in Mahendranagar a small city that lies in the Far Western Development Region of Nepal. The society was not that developed and we would not think of mobile phones at that time. A small boy with simple hair style, carrying a small bag, chatting with friends would walk towards the school which was a 5 minutes from his home. But what actually he does at school?. I was not at all serious in my studies. I along with my friend would run from the school assembly and rest somewhere. We together did many mischievous things. We would eat something and run without paying for it, we would confuse the shopkeepers and take more than we had paid, we bunked classes, did not finish homework on time, and the final result would see us having failed in our examinations. But who would care about the exams as we were enjoying our life.
I have a little scar in my forehead, actually I didn't remember how did that happen but by asking my parents they say I fell from the sofa. My grandmother keeps telling me that she used to tie my leg by a cloth by her side, as I would lick mud on the floor every time I was set free. From this you could tell how mischievous was I. These little things when I remember now, makes me feel was I the same person who used to do that?. Each one of us had a wonderful childhood and when we remember, it feels the way I feel. But my life was about to change and I was unaware of it. How did my life changed I would let you know on my next post but till then remember your childhood and your little secrets and feel proud of that.
